  I would give 0 stars if I could, because that's what they would get if a food and hygiene inspector would have caught them doing what I caught them doing. Grab a pen and paper and count how many negative points you would score these guys:
  5 min inside the store, me and the missus had just finished going through the menu and we were walking to the counter to order. We spotted cooked rice on trays sitting on the floor. This rice would be used to cook on an order basis. Dirty we said. Then we spotted one of the chefs picking up row food (about 6 massive pieces of meat) with his own bare hands from the freezer. Needless to say he drops them all. Now you have 6 pieces of meat on a floor which was wet and disgustingly dirty potentially because their own drivers walk into the kitchen and it was raining that day. He picks them back up with his clean hands (they're not clean) and puts the meat in the chopping board ready for cooking whilst one of the drivers laughs it off and shushes him as if nobody had seen anything (me and my missus right behind them, waiting to see the outcome). Chef then adds the first piece of meat to the friar before spotting me and acting super awkward as he was not sure I had seen anything... at this point I flipped at him and the driver and asked for the manager, nobody came forward, perhaps too scared, not a single person identified itself as the responsible management, they simply kept cooking their multiple orders as they were and the chef raised a hand as to say "I am sorry for being a dirty scum and food poisoning adults and children". I made it clear it had been the first and last time I walked in there and that I was reporting this to the FSA and so I did, unfortunately by the time I angrily walked off the store the meat was still in the chopping board where they prepare all the food, and someone that night had that meat and risked bacteria and food poisoning. If they can do this with customers inside, imagine what they are capable of, imagine their fridge. Eat at your own risk.

  Avoid at all costs, takes money for order nearly £50 and make you wait nearly 2 hours and still no food, saying it is our own fault for ordering on a Saturday night. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

  This best Chinese takeaway in the Derby but it's down fall is it's popularity so expect a long wait for food. It's a little expensive but the wait and the price is well worth it, we use it via Just Eat and the food is always correct, piping hot and comes with a polite smile. We use the takeaway regularly and won't go anywhere else when it's open. Stupendous!
