  Disappointed visit, so food is fairly cheap, so you can expect not so good quality. But concerns started as the order was taken as what we asked for was on computer under a different name? So I asked for the receipt to check after we ordered. Which only included the final cost, and no breakdown. Not at all helpful. As expected the food that came wasn't quite as we thought, and when challenged saying we thought X meal came with, we just got the response from chef, that's not part of meal. Yet the meal on menu included it.... However we'd gone large which wasn't even on the menu. We put up with it and ordered pudding. Two hot, two cold and a kiddies one. The two hot puddings came first and then we waited.... Any this point our kiddie was getting upset as she was still waiting. Finally after the first puddings were finished the cold ones and kiddies arrive. Two of which were wrong, the kiddies was served with ice cream when we ordered custard and one sundae was another one off the menu altogether. The kids one was swapped and we ate the others but wanted to say someone when someone came by. Yet no one did. The glasses were not cleared throughout whole meal, and generally the service was pretty poor. Not impressed.
